How is your personal information used?
The information & data from the Survey form will be collated and analysed to produce a report to be presented to the Council with regard to the issue of a playground in the Goring / Marine Wards. No actual names will be used in the report, and other such personal information - only top line data will be used.
To whom will your personal information be disclosed?
As mentioned above, no personal information will be divulged - however should the Council question the validity of the data then a copy will be made available to them.
Otherwise your personal information will not be sold, traded or rented to third parties. Aggregate statistics about those who visit this Website and related information will be produced but these statistics do not include information which could enable you to be identified.
